This product is not a phone and neither is it a camera alone. Confused? It is a combination of both. According to Panasonic the product is called a “communication camera”
The new Panasonic Lumix CM1 is a high quality compact camera with a top-end phone compressed into it. It has a 20 megapixel one inch sensor compact camera that shoots high quality photos in both JPEG and raw formats.

It has a 2GB RAM with an internal storage capacity of 16GB. It also includes expandable storage microSD card which can be extended up to 128GB.
The Panasonic Lumix CM1 smartphone runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat software. For top performance of the smartphone, third party apps can be downloaded. Though Android 5.0 Lollipop has been released in the market, Panasonic Lumix CM1 may be (speculations are rife) updated with the new released version of the Android software.
