Polaroid® and Panasonic® gearing up for PhotoPlus International Conference
U.S.-based electronics and eye gear manufacturing corporation – Polaroid, is also a name to reckon with for superior quality cameras. The organization is in news for appearing at the PDN PhotoPlus International Conference and Expo which is scheduled for 27th-29th October, 2011 at New York’s Javits Convention Center.
Panasonic, another Japan-based corporation is also joining Polaroid for the first time at the exhibition. Polaroid is returning to the expo after a long gap. There are over 300 exhibitors at this year’s conference.
"We are very excited to welcome Polaroid back to PhotoPlus Expo, and Panasonic to the show for the first time ever," said Jeff McQuilkin, the director of the PDN PhotoPlus International Conference & Expo.
Photography is growing by leaps and bounds not only professionally but as an auxiliary activity by the amateurs, and hence such exhibitions are not only promoting photography, but also showcasing the technology used to make it better.
Jeff further added: "While one brand is recognized as a pioneer of photography, the other brand illustrates how the industry has expanded and how PhotoPlus Expo and all its activities have really become a hub for higher learning and sharing of knowledge."
Polaroid will exhibit their Dual Flash system, LED video lights, camera conversion lenses, and carbon fiber tripods along with an array of other products in the booth number #1068.
Panasonic, on the other hand, will exhibit its range of LUMIX digital cameras and other gadgets at booth number #956.
Let’s see what new prospects the exhibition brings for both the corporations.
